For hospitality businesses

Training and service support for teams that operate every day.

ADi works with hotels, lodges, restaurants, bars and other hospitality operations that want stronger team capability, more consistent service and better workplace application.

Start with the visible need

Bring us the problem — not a pre-selected package.

Tell us what is happening in the operation and the result you want. We will help determine the most suitable form of work.

“Our service standards are inconsistent.”

The need may be a refresher, supervisor support, observation or a more focused service intervention.

“We need to prepare a team quickly.”

We can discuss an established private programme for a defined group, role or department.

“Training happened, but application is weak.”

Workplace application may need targeted follow-up, coaching or a practical refresher.

“Our supervisors need more control of service.”

Development can focus on briefing, standards, accountability, shift leadership and service execution.

Close to the operation

Service consistency is visible in the details.

The strongest interventions stay connected to the moments guests actually experience — briefing, handover, table service, recovery, supervision and follow-through.

Ways to work with ADi

Choose the outcome. We help shape the engagement.

These are the main public-facing ways we work with hospitality businesses. Detailed scope is agreed before delivery.

How pricing works

Clear enough to plan — scoped enough to stay relevant.

The pricing basis depends on how the work is delivered. Exact fees, participant limits and inclusions are confirmed in the relevant scheduled offer or quotation.

01

Scheduled programmes

Places are normally priced per participant. The applicable public rate is stated when a programme is scheduled.

02

Private programmes

Established programmes reserved for one organisation are quoted as a group programme fee with the agreed participant limit and delivery requirements.

03

Custom or performance work

Client-defined training, diagnostics, corrective work and similar assignments are scoped and quoted according to the work required.

Workplace exposure

ADi does not sell or guarantee access to another business. Employer-sponsored visits or coordination work are agreed with the client and a willing host. Individual attachments do not carry an individual placement fee.

Our client journey

From need to impact.

A simple route from the first conversation to delivery, application and review.

01

Identify the need

Clarify the people, service issue and outcome.

02

Recommend the work

Choose the most appropriate training or support.

03

Agree scope

Confirm delivery, timing, responsibilities and fee.

04

Deliver & apply

Complete the agreed work and support application where included.

05

Review

Close the work or agree useful next steps.

Ongoing support

Continue only where continuing work is useful.

Some clients need a single programme. Others need a defined schedule of repeat work or recurring support.

Where ongoing work makes sense, ADi agrees what is included, how often it happens and how it will be priced before the arrangement begins. Repeat work outside an existing agreement is quoted separately.

Professional delivery

Built to respect hospitality operations.

Private work is planned around real teams, shifts and operating conditions rather than detached from them.

01

Clear scope

Audience, objectives, delivery and expected outputs are agreed before work begins.

02

Operational awareness

Timing and delivery are considered against shifts, guest periods and the realities of the workplace.

03

Defined follow-up

Where follow-up is part of the work, what happens after delivery is agreed in advance.
